Egloskerry:

The Egloskerry railway station was opened on 3rd October 1892 and closed in October 1966. The station building has been completely refurbished and is now a private house offering superb and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation.

The Old Station is situated a short distance southwest from Egloskerry on the old west bound rail track see map.

For the railway enthusiasts there are still many original features of the Old Station remaining and they are can be seen on a guided walk along the platforms and track bed in the 3 acre gardens.
